About the role
Responsible for assisting in the production process, including but not limited to setting up equipment, monitoring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery as directed
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
- Participate in safety training and practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving materials
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of safety protocols
