About the role
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role is responsible for picking and packing produce orders, assisting with product receiving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack produce orders efficiently and accurately
- Work on the production line repackaging and wrapping products
- Place labels and make boxes for shipments
- Inspect produce to ensure quality of products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following company sanitation standards
- Support the team to meet daily production goals
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold storage and variable weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse or production environments preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay
Hourly Rate: $15.00
Schedule
1st Shift: Rotating schedules, 5:00 am - Finish, and then rotate to 7:00 am - Finish. Schedules require availability for weekends and holidays.
