General Production Associate (2nd Shift & 3rd Shift )

Shift Ranges

• 2nd: From 3:00pm – Until 11:30pm or 2:00am (depending upon assigned overtime)
• 3rd: From 10:00pm – Until 7:00pm or 8:00am (depending upon assigned overtime)

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $18.25/hr - $21.62/hr depending upon experience/job openings (higher paying positions are multi faceted and require various tasks)

Required Qualifications

• Ability to always follow safety regulations and PPE requirements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
• Willingness to receive and apply feedback to improve performance
• Ability to understand, follow, and retain work instructions and training
• Ability to perform physical work for extended shifts (8–12 hours)
• Strong attention to detail to meet quality and product specifications
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
• Experience in metalworking, steel, or aluminum environments
• Mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting or repairing equipment
• Basic math skills and ability to understand measurements
• Willingness and ability to be cross-trained across multiple roles
