Production Associate 2nd or 3rd shift

About the role

Your work will contribute to the production of advanced jet engines, components, and integrated systems that power commercial aircraft. Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year manufacturing or accredited Manufacturing Skills course.
• Prior mechanical or shop-related experience.
• Basic shop math with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate fractions and decimals.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use computers.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and planning.
• Able to move parts of 50-60 lbs. with the use of lift fixtures.
• Able to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Machining Technology, Composites Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Prior Aircraft Engines or composites operations experience.
• Prior experience with composite hardware layup and machining.
• Prior Lean/Six Sigma training and experience.
