Production Associate 2nd or 3rd Shift

About the role

This hourly full-time position may be on Second or Third shift. Positions available can include in quality, production, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Operating machines; including heavy machinery pending position
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning machinery, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap

Requirements

• At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred; at least one year with the same employer preferred
• Strong focus on maintaining a safe and organized workplace
• Individuals must be willing to work overtime through the week as well as required weekends

Pay

Starting $21.22/hour, with shift premiums when moved to shift after training; pay may increase upon completion of 90 day probation and certification of position.
