General Operators 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and detail‑oriented candidates to join our manufacturing and shipping team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery, forklifts, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

General Operator Summary

The General Operator must be willing and capable of learning all aspects of spiral weld pipe manufacturing. The Operator must have the ability to collaborate with the team while possessing the aptitude to collect data and independently make good decisions in real time based on those facts. The Operator must be self‑motivated with the leadership skills to inspire others and have the perceptive skills to identify inconsistencies in product and equipment and develop solutions for them. Having an uncompromising commitment to safety is a requirement. Training on specific equipment and processes will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of machinery and forklifts in manufacturing and shipping processes.
• Collect and analyze production data to make real‑time decisions.
• Identify product and equipment inconsistencies and develop corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Participate in training on specific equipment and processes.

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery and forklifts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shift.
• Self‑motivated with leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay

Starting rate: $19 per hour. A 7% shift differential is applied for 2nd Shift work.

Schedule

Positions available for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift (full‑time).
