We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. It's contact info, maybe we can keep as a short paragraph? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include contact info in a paragraph. Also department, city, track maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short p. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The contact for inquiries is substantive? It's contact info; we can keep as a paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (leadership abilities). Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present; they are not, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have a heading for "Section Chief". Use

for section headings. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties of Section Chief), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (leadership abilities). Could also include a short paragraph for contact info maybe under About the role or separate? Probably better to include contact info as a short p after sections. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting: description of the section, numbers, locations, research interests, training numbers, etc. That's a lot. We need to embed them in appropriate sections. Let's extract: About the role: The University of Utah seeks an exceptional general (non-invasive) cardiology leader to serve as the Section Chief for the General Cardiology Section within the Cardiovascular Medicine Division in the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine's Department of Internal Medicine (DOIM). This is a remarkable opportunity for a dynamic academic leader to further the growth and innovation of this vibrant program's clinical, research, educational, and other programmatic missions. Responsibilities: The Section Chief will work closely with the Cardiovascular Medicine Chief as part of the Division's leadership team, as well as departmental leaders to promote a collaborative environment that enhances clinical growth and academic development as well as advances research consistent with the Division, Department, and Institutional missions. Also maybe the leadership abilities list? Those are more skills/qualities. Responsibilities could also include overseeing the section, fostering growth, etc. But we can treat leadership abilities as Skills. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: ABIM Board certification in cardiology. Board eligible in echocardiography and nuclear medicine; and eligibility for a Utah medical license. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Academic experience as an Associate Professor or Professor. National or international research reputation, clinical leadership, and progressive administrative experience. Skills: Outstanding Leadership Abilities Are Required, Including The Following: Lead through our core principle of trust, which is earned through consistent display of honesty, fairness, consistency, and transparency; Dedication to fostering the growth of others and experience in mentoring faculty and trainees; Ability to motivate faculty through inspiration and leading by example; Effective communication and listening skills; Commitment to excellence in all academic domains, including clinical, research, education, and community missions; Ability to navigate complex multidisciplinary environments and build trust with multiple stakeholders; Nurture a culture of collaboration; Commitment to value, quality, and efficiency; Ability to recruit and retain excellent clinical and research faculty, who are representative of the people we serve; and Strategize to promote institutional stewardship throughout the University of Utah Health System. We also need to include substantive info about the section: size, faculty numbers, locations, research, training programs, etc. Where to put? Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Probably About the role can include description of the section and its missions. Let's incorporate that. Thus About the role paragraph(s) will include: The University of Utah seeks an exceptional general (non-invasive) cardiology leader to serve as the Section Chief for the General Cardiology Section within the Cardiovascular Medicine
