General Mechanic
Position Information
This position diagnoses mechanical problems and performs journeyman level work in the repair, installation, alteration, service and maintenance of buses or related equipment requiring knowledge and experience in servicing a wide variety of vehicles.
Shift Details
Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
Pay
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $49.89 to $50.39 (hourly)

Licenses/Special Requirements
- Must possess and maintain the following:
- An acceptable driving record based on an approved driver's abstract (or Motor Vehicle Record)
- Driver's license verification and validation
- Valid Washington State Class B Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Fork Lift with Aerial and Boom Truck License
