General Manager | Sales / Operations Manager

About the role

Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience leading business revenue and sales performance, with hands‑on experience leading teams and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Lead a team of stylists and front‑desk staff to high performance through empathy, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure operations run smoothly.
• Provide customer‑focused service, putting the customer’s needs first.
• Identify and solve problems, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks.
• Train and motivate staff.
• Work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading business revenue and sales performance.
• Hands‑on experience leading teams and interacting with customers.
• Experience in management (sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager).

• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project‑management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody software experience a plus.
