Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- 5 years GM experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
