Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
  • 5 years GM experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
