General Manager Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service
• Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
• 5 years GM experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
