Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pool and beach areas, ensuring they align with the hotel's vision and guest expectations.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality food and beverage services, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment.
- Anticipate and address challenges, providing quick solutions to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities, enhancing overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a food and beverage team.
- Prior experience working with a pool team.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality, food service, or a related field is preferred.
- An expert in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operation environment.

Starwood Hotels offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, along with an incentive bonus program.
