Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct manufacturing activities to meet business growth and profit goals
- Assess existing and potential markets, developing strategic alliances with customers
- Interact with executives and clients to influence decisions and negotiate agreements
- Develop and execute functional expertise to provide customer solutions efficiently
- Manage various functions including engineering, procurement, quality, and logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of industry experience, with 12+ years in Operations Management at an executive level
- Proven experience leading large teams and managing multi-million dollar revenues
- Experience improving operational metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency
- Familiarity with reverse logistics and warranty/service operations is a plus
- Strong influence skills with senior management and key clients
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through execution
