About the Role

Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager of Food & Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations for Twenty Restaurant at Charley Creek Inn, one of Wabash's premier hospitality destinations. This leadership role drives daily restaurant operations, delivers outstanding guest experiences, achieves financial performance goals, and supports catering, events, and sales initiatives. The role ensures every aspect of the dining experience reflects Honeywell's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the restaurant, partnering closely with culinary, hospitality, marketing, and event teams to enhance the guest experience, optimize performance, and support the continued growth of Charley Creek Inn's food and beverage program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations for Twenty Restaurant.
• Drive daily restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Achieve financial performance goals.
• Support catering, events, and sales initiatives.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the restaurant.
• Partner with culinary, hospitality, marketing, and event teams to enhance the guest experience and optimize performance.
• Elevate service through extensive knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, and hospitality trends.
• Support menu and beverage development.
• Coach and develop team members to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
