Responsibilities
- Directs all aspects of daily operations in the busiest kitchen
- Manages front of house and back of house operations and production
- Schedules employees and manages product ordering and inventory
- Trains and develops team members
- Manages profit and loss for the location, focusing on food cost and labor costs
- Makes guests the priority by being an outstanding leader and team builder
- Works closely with senior leadership to develop future leaders
- Manages a team of managers and front-line staff
- Works the line as well as manages office time
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage General Manager
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Hands-on experience in both front and back of house operations
- Proficiency in managing profit and loss, food cost, and labor costs
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
