Food & Beverage General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Directs all aspects of daily operations in the busiest kitchen
  • Manages front of house and back of house operations and production
  • Schedules employees and manages product ordering and inventory
  • Trains and develops team members
  • Manages profit and loss for the location, focusing on food cost and labor costs
  • Makes guests the priority by being an outstanding leader and team builder
  • Works closely with senior leadership to develop future leaders
  • Manages a team of managers and front-line staff
  • Works the line as well as manages office time

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage General Manager
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Hands-on experience in both front and back of house operations
  • Proficiency in managing profit and loss, food cost, and labor costs
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
