General Manager, Mission Critical Environments

About the Role

This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of direct and matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration & Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Finance and HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S. and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executing acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across operations and cost structure.
• Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow.
• Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic and operating plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Strengthen strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships.
• Drive innovation, new product development, and acquisition integration.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Present performance, strategy, and results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with HR to ensure leadership development and succession planning.

Travel up to 40%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience, including senior cross-functional leadership.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ownership of a P&L of $50M+ in revenue.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, margins, and market share.
• Data center, IT infrastructure, or building products industry experience preferred.
• Track record of new product introductions and acquisition-driven growth.
