General Manager, Mission Critical Environments
About the Role
The General Manager, Americas has full P&L responsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division, including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growing data center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree of autonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance.
This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of direct and matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration & Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to corporate Finance and HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S. and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executing acquisitions.

Responsibilities
- Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across operations and cost structure
- Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow
- Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic and operating plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team
- Strengthen strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships
- Drive innovation, new product development, and acquisition integration
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements
- Present performance, strategy, and results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors
- Partner with HR to ensure leadership development and succession planning
- Travel: Up to 40%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of leadership experience, including senior cross-functional leadership
- Proven ownership of a P&L of $50M+ in revenue
- Demonstrated success growing revenue, margins, and market share
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Data center, IT infrastructure, or building products experience preferred
- Track record of new product introductions and acquisition-driven growth
