Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities and equipment maintenance, and safety checks
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards
• Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements, and implement changes to capture opportunities
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
