About the role
Responsible for overseeing all fire protection operations, ensuring compliance with local and national safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage staff and resources to maintain efficient fire prevention and response systems.
- Ensure all employees are trained in emergency procedures and fire safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fire safety measures and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection, Safety Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and local/state regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with fire alarm systems and emergency response protocols.

Pay
