Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company standards across your group.

Requirements

• Active Funeral Director / Mortician license in applicable state(s); must be able to hold a MN state mortician license
• 5+ years in funeral service, including direct oversight of others
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) as required for licensure
• Ability to read financial reports and translate results into action
• Strong communicator who builds trust at every level

Pay

$95,000–$150,000, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, an annual bonus program, and profit sharing.
