General Manager - $70,000 salary

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules, orders, and develops the restaurant team members.
• Follows cash control/security procedures, maintains inventory, manages labor, reviews financial reports, and takes appropriate action.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action as needed, motivates, and trains the team.
• Ensures adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health safety codes, and company safety and security policies.
• Maintains a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintains complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
• Prepares and creates weekly specials.
• Works 8-10 hour plus shifts, stands, or walks for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in full service restaurants.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.

$70,000 salary
