About the role
Bruegger’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store operations with a focus on maintaining a positive work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Starts work as early as 4am to manage the first bake and store opening.
- Maintain audit readiness, handle catering/mobile/in-store orders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Float between positions during breakfast and lunch rushes, manage breaks, and aim for good customer survey results.
- Close the store within 30-45 minutes, prepare for the next day, and process daily deposits.
Requirements
Successful candidates must have 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting. Hands-on management skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams, and experience with P&L analysis are essential.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are crucial for success in this role.
