About the role

Our General Managers have the great and challenging role of overseeing all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift-model. We prepare you to manage all of that with 5 weeks of training.

Responsibilities

• Start as early as 4am to do the first bake and open the store
• Make sure the store is audit ready
• Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders
• Ensure customers have an exceptional experience
• Float in all positions where needed during breakfast and lunch rushes
• Keep up on breaks and generate good customer survey results
• Close and prep for the next day (30-45 minutes after doors close at 2pm)
• Squeeze in scheduling, ordering, or inventory during quiet times
• Take the daily deposit to the bank

Requirements

• 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
• Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team
• Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets
• Ability to recruit quality team members and develop internal talent
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Qualifications

• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable

Pay

• Competitive Pay - $55,000-$58,000
• ATTAINABLE quarterly bonus – Over 60% of our GMs were bonused last year!
• Hourly Rate $15.78 - $27.62 per hour
