About the Role
Sodexo is seeking a qualified General Manager 3 to join our team in serving the U.S. Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will work within a Mess Hall among the many that wake up every day to train and defend our country. Our operations teams strive to provide healthy, balanced meals with variety and excitement—creating a memorable experience combined with compassion and comfort while service members are away from family and friends.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive client relations with a strong focus on service and customer experience in a welcoming dining environment.
- Oversee quality and presentation of food, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Use online Food Management Systems for menu and recipe planning, ordering, and inventory.
- Demonstrate financial acumen, managing food costs, labor costs, and budgets.
- Lead and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
- Manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and exhibit a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of functional experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Innovative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong professional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
