We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Actually we must not emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we need to avoid sections where content is just placeholder. For Pay: posting has Salary Range $33,381 - $43,396 - Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. That includes "commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity". That phrase is maybe considered filler? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So "commensurate with experience" is considered filler. The phrase includes "commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity". That's similar to filler. Likely we should not include Pay section if the only content is that phrase. However we also have actual numbers. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we can include Pay section if there is actual salary range. The phrase "Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity" might be considered filler but we still have the range. We could include the range and maybe omit the filler phrase? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the salary range and the statement about commensurate? The statement is somewhat filler but it's part of the posting. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", ...). That suggests if the only content under Pay is that phrase, we shouldn't create the section. But we have also the range. So we could include the range and maybe keep the phrase? The phrase is not exactly "commensurate with experience" but similar. Might be considered filler. Safer to include Pay section with the salary range and maybe note that salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity (though that's somewhat filler). But the instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If we include both range and that phrase, it's not solely filler. So okay. Schedule: posting mentions Work week is 37.5 hrs. Also mentions Winter Break almost two weeks off, Holidays 13 Paid Holidays, Annual and Sick Leave details. That's schedule/benefits. So we can have Schedule section with work week 37.5 hrs, Winter break approx two weeks, holidays 13 paid, annual leave up to 24 days, sick leave up to 18 days. That's substantive. Benefits: posting lists Health Insurance, Educational/Tuition Benefits, Retirement Plans, Life Insurance, Wellness Programs. Also mentions benefit packages, etc. So we can have Benefits section. Qualifications: we have Required Qualifications (Education, Driver's License, EPA Certification, apprenticeship or equivalent training, Experience). Also Preferred Qualifications. We can combine into Requirements/Qualifications sections. The instruction: use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to use. Probably "Requirements" for required qualifications, "Preferred Qualifications" maybe as "Qualifications" or "Skills". We'll create sections: Responsibilities (General Duties), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe About the role? Could use About the role for overview from Position Details? The posting includes "Position Details Get to Know Us!" with description of Marshall University. That's boilerplate? It's about the university, not the role. Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about employer. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Get to Know Us!" is not exactly those but could be considered generic marketing. Might be okay to include as About the role? But we should not repeat job title as heading. We could include an

About the role

with a paragraph summarizing the university description. However that might be considered filler? It's substantive about employer. I'd include it. We must not include navigation, etc. Also must not include "Position Information" etc as headings; we should convert content appropriately. Let's extract substantive content: - About Marshall University: description of mission, locations, etc. We'll put under About the role. - Position Title: General Maintenance Worker I (Two positions available) - we should not repeat as heading but we can mention in a paragraph maybe under About the role? Actually we could include a short paragraph with position title and number of positions. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can include it in a paragraph. - Job Description: The General Maintenance Worker I performs a wide range... etc. That's responsibilities. We'll put under Responsibilities as
  • items. - General Duties list: many items. We'll turn each sentence into
  • . - Location: MUSOM - Marshall University School of Medicine. Could be a short paragraph. - Salary Range: $33,381 - $43,396 - Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Under Schedule. - Winter Break almost two weeks off. - Holidays – Employees receive 13 Paid Holidays. - Annual and Sick Leave – Classified Staff, Non-Classified Staff and 12-month Faculty earn up to 24 days of annual leave per year (max 360 hours) and up to 18 days of sick leave per year. - Health Insurance – Marshall University offers health insurance through West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA).
