Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

Compensation: $28.42 per hour

Responsibilities

• Apply touch‑up paint, caulk, replace floor and ceiling tile, replace electrical outlets, switch covers and bulbs, repair/replace door hardware, clean roof drains and gutters.
• Assist skilled workers with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or masonry tasks.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Communicate directly with customers and supervisors about unexpected or additional repairs and determine customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.
• Diagnose problems, suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
• Update the scheduler on repair status and estimated completion dates.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
• Capability to work in various environments, including inclement weather and at heights.
• Good manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions for several hours.
• Endurance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
• Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
