Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
Compensation: $28.42 per hour

Responsibilities
- Apply touch‑up paint, caulk, replace floor and ceiling tile, replace electrical outlets, switch covers and bulbs, repair/replace door hardware, clean roof drains and gutters.
- Assist skilled workers with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or masonry tasks.
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Communicate directly with customers and supervisors about unexpected or additional repairs and determine customer needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.
- Diagnose problems, suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
- Update the scheduler on repair status and estimated completion dates.
- Follow all safety procedures and policies.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
- Capability to work in various environments, including inclement weather and at heights.
- Good manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance.
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions for several hours.
- Endurance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
- Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
