General Maintenance Worker
Basic Qualifications
- Experience performing general maintenance of buildings and equipment.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.
- Able to climb ladders potentially as high as a two-story building.
- Available to work flexible hours as required by the customer including weekends and holidays.
- Available to work overtime as required.
- Able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, and must have an Interim Secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
Job Description
- Responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, and plumbing activities.
- Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required.
- Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in the follow through of duties.
- Escort approved visitors throughout the facility.
- Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required.
- Work flexible hours as required by the customer, including weekends and holidays.
- Work overtime as required.
