Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain and repair facility infrastructure such as doors, windows, walls, and flooring.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Auxiliary support for setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment
- Working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Occasional overtime and on-call availability for emergency repairs.
