Starting at $24.00 per hour (pay rate based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Performs general Grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads
- Aids in the maintenance of exterior lighting
- Provides routine support duties to higher level staff
- Performs related tasks within area of assignment
- Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas
- Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks
- Performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (1) year of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning and/or maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of Grounds keeping and maintenance operations
- Great customer service skills are a must
- Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions
