General Maintenance Technician

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries, leveraging advanced technologies to process scrap and dross while reducing residual waste from aluminum manufacturing.

About the role

Real Alloy in Sapulpa, OK, is expanding and seeking a Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with general plant policies, safety and housekeeping policies, and environmental policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and make necessary repairs to restore equipment to proper operating condition.
• Perform installation or repair work on motors, wiring and control cabinets, and mobile equipment such as forklifts, pay loaders, and skid steer loaders.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while ensuring proper work procedures and practices are followed.
• Operate industrial vehicles including forklift, reach lift, man lift, and skid steer.
• Attend and participate in all required safety trainings and meetings.
• Perform welding fabrication and weld repair with a concentration on MIG and STIC welding.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
• 3+ years of work experience in a trade profession or industrial maintenance.
• Advanced technical training through trade school or higher education; willingness to learn new skills through ongoing training.
• Mobile equipment repair skills preferred.

Pay

$25–$30/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday night shift: 7:00 PM–3:30 AM, with overtime as needed.
