General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general carpentry on buildings.
• Performs interior and exterior painting.
• Use power tools and other equipment for building and grounds maintenance.
• Perform various groundskeeping maintenance.
• Provide manual labor support to other Facilities Management as assigned.
• Winter Operations support during snow removal.
• Trash collection.
• Gutter cleaning.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Be capable of lifting 75 pounds.
• Be able to perform work from a ladder.
• Must be able to work outside in inclement weather both cold and hot.

Skills

• Using power tools and equipment.
