Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative and emergency maintenance on building interior, exterior, and equipment.
- Repair walls, floors, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical components.
- Maintain outdoor grounds, including lawn care, fertilizing, and snow removal.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, including assembly and operation.
- Transport freight and equipment as directed.
- Perform custodial/housekeeping duties as needed.
- Operate Pavilions vehicles (including buses) as required.
- Record data and complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Pay
Base wage: $21.45/hour. Additional $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.
