About the role

The role involves performing general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to repairing and replacing equipment, cleaning facilities, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on various equipment and machinery
• Clean and maintain workspaces and facilities
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in a maintenance or related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina and flexibility

Skills

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
