Responsibilities
- Perform all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance.
- Continually assess the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to recommendations.
- Operate mover, trimmers, snow blower, vacuums, power washers, and all gardening tools.
- Operate heavy machinery to include tractors, bobcat and skid steer.
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient in English verbal and written.
- Proficient with iOS devices.
- Must be able to work in a variety of climates for all seasons, including high heat and temps below freezing.
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
