Supervisory Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, and trains members of the general maintenance team.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work activities of the general maintenance team.
• Applies performance evaluations to members of the general maintenance team.
• Rewards and disciplines members of the general maintenance team.
• Addresses complaints and resolves issues within the general maintenance team.

Position Responsibilities

• Determines annual and future targets for the department.
• Determines annual and monthly activity plans based on targets.
• Makes and controls the departmental budget.
• Controls the workload of the general maintenance team.
• Maintains sales activity.
• Develops and maintains a training program for general maintenance team members.
• Controls the schedules for general maintenance and preventative maintenance.
