General Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary

Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

• Responds to hot/cold service calls.
• Handles basic repairs, including lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement.
• Conducts minor window and roof repairs.
• Performs daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment.
• Affords assistance to other trades when additional support is needed.
• Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Education: 2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
• Paid Time Off: Details not specified.
• Preferred Education: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field.
