General Maintenance Mechanic
Job Summary
Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
- Responds to hot/cold service calls.
- Handles basic repairs, including lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement.
- Conducts minor window and roof repairs.
- Performs daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment.
- Affords assistance to other trades when additional support is needed.
- Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Education: 2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.

- Preferred Education: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field.
