Job Summary
Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine maintenance tasks across the facility.
- Responds to hot/cold service calls.
- Handles basic repairs, including lighting changes, minor equipment fixes, plumbing issues, and ceiling tile replacement.
- Conducts minor window and roof repairs and performs daily facility rounds to ensure a safe environment.
- Assists other trades when additional support is needed.
- Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
Preferred Education: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field.

Pay
$18.25 - $27.37 per hour. Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.
