General Maintenance/HVAC/Preventative Maintenance/Lighting Technician

Full-time position; requires a valid Texas Driver's License and 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the district
• Assist with the maintenance of grounds
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, and lighting systems
• Perform other construction work as needed
• Organize and perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Communicate effectively and work independently

Pay

Hourly pay range: $20.64 – $24.87; rate will be based on experience.
