Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely mechanical and electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting, and resolution of multiple operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Enter and maintain maintenance information using a CMMS.
• Operate and maintain automated industrial machinery, including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, three‑phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
• Perform strong PLC troubleshooting and problem‑solving with practical mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Maintain production equipment at a reliable level through preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical experience with familiarity in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic troubleshooting experience and proven ability to repair machines.
• 2–3 years of electro‑mechanical automation system installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Computer literacy in a Microsoft environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in a mature, professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and multiple days per week.
• Military training and/or technical school education preferred.
