We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have description, role summary, essential duties & responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, compensation, benefits. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have description (company overview) maybe "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to drop the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph and the Fair Chance Ordinance lines? Those are EEO boilerplate; we should remove them. Also remove any duplicated lines. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Description: company overview (AvonRisk is the nation’s leading specialty risk manager...). That could go under "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since we have "About the role" as example, we can put company description there. - Role Summary: entry-level position, investigate, evaluate, adjust claims... That could be part of "About the role" or separate "Responsibilities"? Actually role summary is more like overview; we could put under "About the role". But we also have "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" which is a list of duties. That should go under "Responsibilities" heading with
  • . - Requirements: includes Qualifications: Education & Experience bullet list. That's under "Requirements" heading. - Qualifications: Actually the heading "Requirements Qualifications:" seems combined. We'll treat as "Requirements" section. - Compensation: Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 plus note. That's Pay section. - Benefits: list of benefits. That's Benefits section. - Skills: Not explicitly listed but we have some skill requirements: basic knowledge, Microsoft Windows, Teams/Zoom, claims management software, communication skills. Could be under "Skills" heading. But we already have qualifications covering education/experience; we could separate skills. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine qualifications and skills into one "Requirements" section. But we have separate headings examples; we can decide to include "Requirements" and "Skills" if we have distinct content. The posting lists qualifications (education/experience) and also skill requirements (Microsoft Windows, Teams/Zoom, claims software, communication). Could be under "Requirements". Might be okay to have just "Requirements" covering both. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. - About the role: we have description and role summary. Could be under "About the role". We'll include that. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: company description, role summary, duties list, qualifications, compensation, benefits. We must format duties as
    • each duty. The duties list is long with many sentences; we need to split into list items. The original "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" includes many sentences separated by periods. We should break each sentence into a li. Ensure we keep all info. Let's extract duties: "Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the insurance provider's liability concerning personal, casualty, auto or property loss or damages, and attempt to settle with claimants." "Correspond with or interview medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information." "Calculate and approve payment of claims within a certain monetary limit." "Investigate claims:" then sub-bullets? Actually after that there is a list: "Assess and estimate vehicle or property damage." "Compile information through interviews." "Evaluate customer records." "Examine evidence to determine if it will support claims." "Follow contract, property, or insurance laws." "Follow rules of evidence procedures in legal setting." "Gather physical evidence." "Inspect property to determine damages." "Research property records." "Conduct court searches." "Interview claimants or witnesses" "Search legal records" "Interviews, telephones, and or correspond with claimants and witnesses." "Evaluate liability exposure:" "Obtain, review, and evaluate records, police, medical, etc." "Recommend claim action." "Properly reserve for the claim." "Adjust reserve as appropriate." "Comply with accepted guidelines regarding reserving practice and authority levels." "Create and maintain records:" "Maintain records, reports, and files in our claims system." "Maintain all cases on an active diary in our claims system pursuant to established GHC criteria." "Assist in the preparation of timely reports to clients." "Comply with all reporting requirements/steps set out in the GHC Claims Handling Best Practices" "Comply with regulatory requirements." "Diary spoken or written information." "Litigation management support:" "Collect evidence to support contested claims in court." "Keep clients advised." We need to avoid duplication: some lines repeat like "Interviews, telephones, and or correspond with claimants and witnesses." similar to earlier. We'll keep as separate li but maybe it's duplicate; but instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Let's identify duplicates: - "Correspond with or interview medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information." (first) - Later "Interviews, telephones, and or correspond with claimants and witnesses." (similar but not exact). Might be considered duplicate? It's slightly different but still about correspond/interview. Might keep both? Safer to keep both as they are not exact duplicates. However "Interview claimants or witnesses" appears earlier as separate bullet. We'll keep. - "Investigate claims:" is a heading not a duty; we can ignore. - "Evaluate liability exposure:" heading. - "Create and maintain records:" heading. - "Litigation management support:" heading. We'll treat headings as not needed; we can convert each bullet after colon into li. Let's compile list of duties (unique sentences): 1. Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the insurance provider's liability concerning personal, casualty, auto or property loss or damages, and attempt to settle with claimants. 2. Correspond with or interview medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information. 3. Calculate and approve payment of claims within a certain monetary limit. 4. Assess and estimate vehicle or property damage. 5. Compile information through interviews. 6. Evaluate customer records. 7. Examine evidence to determine if it will support claims. 8. Follow contract, property, or insurance laws. 9. Follow rules of evidence procedures in legal setting. 10. Gather physical evidence. 11. Inspect property to determine damages. 12. Research property records. 13. Conduct court searches. 14. Interview claimants or witnesses. 15. Search legal records. 16. Interviews, telephones, and or correspond with claimants and witnesses. 17. Obtain, review, and evaluate records, police, medical, etc. 18. Recommend claim action. 19. Properly reserve for the claim. 20. Adjust reserve as appropriate. 21. Comply with accepted guidelines regarding reserving practice and authority levels. 22. Maintain records, reports, and files in our claims system. 23. Maintain all cases on an active diary in our claims system pursuant to established GHC criteria. 24. Assist in the preparation of timely reports to clients. 25. Comply with all reporting requirements/steps set out in the GHC Claims Handling Best Practices. 26. Comply with regulatory requirements. 27. Diary spoken or written information. 28. Collect evidence to support contested claims in court. 29. Keep clients advised. Check for duplicates: "Compile information through interviews." and "Correspond with or interview medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information." are different. "Interview claimants or witnesses." and "Interviews, telephones, and or correspond with claimants and witnesses." similar but not exact. We'll keep. Now qualifications: "Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. One to three years of experience with insurance claims, self-insurance, pooled insurance, or Joint Powers Authorities preferred. Possess basic knowledge relating to the handling of public entity liability claims. At least two (2) years of using Microsoft Windows on a PC including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (no PowerPoint). At least two (2) years of using streaming video conferencing including Teams and Zoom with the ability to set and host group meetings with all included functionalities. At least two (2) years of using claims management software and/or ability to quickly learn new software systems related to claims management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills." We can break into list items under Requirements. Compensation: "Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 The salary range listed is an estimate. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skill set, and work location. Position is eligible for AvonRisk’s full benefits package." We need Pay section. We'll include that as

maybe. Benefits list: bullet list. We need to strip EEO lines. Now produce HTML fragment:
