General Liability Attorney

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale or Albany office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues and communicate regularly with claims professionals
• Document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently
• Prepare pleadings, conduct depositions, and handle motion practice
• Trial experience is a plus

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the New York Bar
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 5 years of general liability experience

Schedule

• Hybrid: minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely

Pay

The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
