GENERAL LABORERS - Grade Team
About the role
We are seeking dedicated and hard-working General Laborers to join our Grade Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks at construction sites or plant/pit locations.
Responsibilities
- Measures distance from grade stakes, drives stakes & stretches tight line.
- Uses various power and hand tools.
- Bolts, nails, aligns and blocks up under forms.
- Sigs operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
- Levels earth using pick or shovel.
- Performs flagging duties as needed.
- May operate small equipment including bobcat, tractor, or roller or move from one site to another.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record, per Knife River Fleet policy.
- Regular attendance required.
- Willing to travel within Montana and surrounding areas.
