General Laborer / Water Restoration Technician

Responsibilities
- Adhere to the "Clean Guys" protocol
- Assist in maximizing the job
- Support the project manager in all aspects of the job
- Drive all Technician Playbooks and Outcomes
- Drive equipment maximization
- Live the "Clean Guys" protocol
Qualifications
- Positive and fun attitude
- Able to perform physical labor and lift 75 lbs
- Previous restoration experience is a plus
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English
- Clean driving record required
- Full‑time position
- Must be 21 years of age
- Willing to undergo background check and drug screen

Pay
Pay rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (may depend on skills and/or qualifications). Technicians with drive and desire have been promoted and increased earning potential to $60‑80k annually after about six months of employment.
