GENERAL LABORER/PIVOT FIELD TECHNICIAN

Set up, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain all aspects of Irrigation pivots.

• Performs basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer pipelines and irrigation well pumps.
• Set up and test new irrigation pivots.
• Service and Install upgrades on existing irrigation pivots.
• Maintain and organize inventory, company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Accurately record time and material used to perform repairs.
• Complete reports and forms required with work assignments.
• Communicate with vendor staff and utilize vendor support systems.
• Interact with customers in a respectful manner.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

• Current CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment.
• Knowledge to operate various equipment including forklifts, skid loaders, excavators, and trenchers.
• Expect occasional overnight weekday travel.
• Welding experience beneficial.
