General Laborer/Field Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with surface preparation, polishing concrete, installing epoxy/resinous coatings, and ensuring projects meet our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor prep, grinding, and polishing
• Mix and apply resinous flooring systems
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience in flooring, construction, or a related trade preferred but not mandatory (will train the right candidate)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations and are able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
