Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Auxiliary in the installation of construction materials like pipes, concrete, and steel.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.

Preferred

• Skilled in math including adding and subtracting fractions.
• Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures, manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments, confined spaces, limited working surfaces, noise above 85 decibels, intense odors, and areas with limited visibility. Compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and Loenbro's EH&S policies is required.
