General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Pack any rolls coming off the winder
• Clean the machine room floor from fire door to fire door
• Pull broke from belt during a paper break
• Auxiliary in the tailing of the machine after a paper break
• Empty dumpsters in the machine room
• Auxiliary in 6th hand tasks as needed
• Perform shutdown tasks as required
• Conduct forklift checklists
• Bust all rolls and ribbons produced
• Perform any other tasks requested by the Team Leader

Requirements

• Labor intensive work experience
• Excellent attendance and safety work history
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Able to work in extreme hot and cold climates
• Willing to train and move up the line of progression

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test
