General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Takes out trash
• Cleans up spills
• Equipment upkeep
• Miscellaneous duties like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and removing trash
• Maintains grounds and parking areas
• Picks up litter and debris
• Removes trash from the building on a regular schedule
• Loads materials, moves railcars, stocks inventory, etc., as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Passes a physical and drug screen
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, benefits, repair, and maintenance
• Follows AGP policy and procedures
• Operates a forklift, pallet jack, and material handling equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Reads, writes, and speaks English
• Organizes tasks and works independently
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, benefits, repair, and maintenance.
Follows AGP policy and procedures.
