About the role

• Entry-level, general labor position in a fast-paced factory environment
• Repetitive tasks on a production line
• Work in 38–42°F temperatures (meat-processing environment)
• All required Personal Protective Equipment provided at no charge
• 1st shift (United States)

Requirements

• Must meet all stated criteria to be considered for employment
• Former Tyson team members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days and are ineligible if terminated for gross misconduct
• Rehires are not eligible for sign-on bonuses, including team members employed by other Tyson locations
• Applicants employed with Tyson Foods three or more times are not eligible for rehire
• Must complete all application tasks, including a separate final task, to be considered
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Certain roles require background checks

Pay

• Starting rate: $16.25/hour
• $2.00 second-shift differential
• Up to $20+/hour for skilled and incentivized jobs
