Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $1,730 per week

About the role

The Labor and Delivery unit at our facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients during childbirth and immediate postpartum stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients.
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Assist with immediate newborn care post-delivery.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including high-risk care.
• Required certifications: NRP, BLS/ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
• Circumstantial consideration for candidates with circulating experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
