Pay

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with a $2.00 shift premium for applicable shifts.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM ($2.00 Shift Premium)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($2.00 Shift Premium)
• 12‑Hour Day Shift (2‑2‑3): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12‑Hour Night Shift (2‑2‑3): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($2.00 Shift Premium)

Responsibilities

• Package finished products for shipment
• Rack and move materials throughout production
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Use hand tools and measuring devices
• Perform basic computer data entry
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
